Our Theory of Change

Lifesaver Labs USA (L²U) proposes to occupy the White House and Executive Branch for one four-year term beginning with Inauguration 2029, operating in two distinct stages through our Trinity leadership model.

The Trinity Structure

In the first two years, the Lifesaver Labs Presidential candidate will serve as Head of the Presidency Trinity. At the midpoint, they will hand leadership to the Vice-Presidential candidate, who will lead for the final two years. Throughout all four years, the Democratic and Republican Party nominees will serve as equal Trinity members, sharing power on all matters except:

• Constitutional reform

• Voting rights, procedures, and suffrage

• Major life-and-death decisions where the Hippocratic Oath applies

This creates a "two-stage booster rocket"—two consecutive, maximum two-year administrations, each with precompiled Presidential work stacks ready for immediate execution.

Our Mission and Exit Strategy

L²U will seek the Presidency only when there is an overwhelming civic-religious (civigious) emergency—when something deeply life-and-death or fundamental to competitive republican democracy requires government intervention to resolve. We are a national emergency party, not a permanent political fixture.

Once our reform work is complete—which we will strive to finish early with Congressional support—we will resign, allowing the Speaker of the House to assume the Presidency and return to traditional political governance.

Preparing for Transition

To ensure democratic legitimacy for this transition, two reforms must be implemented before the 2030 midterm election:

1. National termination of partisan gerrymandering

2. Safe and steady implementation of nationwide ranked-choice voting

These reforms ensure that any contingent election of the Speaker—who must be qualified to succeed to the Presidency but need not be a sitting House member—authentically reflects the proportionally represented will of the population of the States.

When We Engage

We are a fundamentally nonpartisan, scientific, civic-religious party. We will not run candidates except during substantial life-and-death or representative democracy emergencies when existing parties fail to address critical reforms. Other parties, like the proposed Harmless Hippocratic Hands and Homes Party (Hh), may carry the torch on harm reduction perennially, but Lifesaver Labs United exists solely for national civigious emergencies requiring deep, systemic, centripetal reform that bridges partisan fissures.
